What is the fastest way to lose weight in a 6 week time period?

  • I recommend the Cambridge diet / lighter life, but it does take a lot of will power –no food just milkshakes and lotssss of water– but it is well worth it! you loose approx 6lbs in the first week (yes it is partly water) but you carry on loosing approx 4lbs every week after that. Alot of my friends have done it and the results are aaamazing!!

    No soft drinks, and going to the Sona often and working out small periods (15min) in between sona visits is the fastest way that I know of to loose weight. I’ve lost 9 pounds in a two week period by doing this. Sonas are great!

    hey friend rite now according to the way to living our life we have to eat in hurry & it becomes a major problem of our over weight.the greatest way to get rid of that overweight is:-
    (i)take healthier food instead of junk food
    (ii)bother the wine & smoke
    (iii)give ur 30-50 minutes to meditation with slow musik with healthy enviornment
    (iv)daily do the yoga exersises

    No, you will not gain the weight back afterwards if you keep a healthy lifestyle.
    Do not loose more than three pounds a week, loosing more can put extreme stress on your system and make you very ill.
    Moderate servings and lots of fiber with fruit and veggies is your best route. Avoid desserts, and especially avoid saturated fats and sugar.
