i’m going to L.a. in three weeks and i might be going to a premiere, there’s a pool, i’ll go shopping and i’d like to look great for that trip. not just skinny but healthy, if you know what I mean. I have a lot of muscle. I want to know the quickest working exercises as possible. I’m eating healthier and there’s no way I can diet. I love food way to much. And i drink a lot of water. Right now I’m taking pilates once a week for an hour, swimming twice a week for two hours each and jazz(ouch) twice a week for an hour and a half each. So i’m definately not fat. I want to lose weight in my thighs and i want a flat stomach. Any suggestions would be great! : ) thanx in advance.
hey anticarly2, i am going to a premiere. with jessica alba and justin timberlake. ha. and thanks everyone for suggestions. I don’t like to diet really but i can cut back. i on’t really eat that much anyways.
