Ok, so I’m pretty straight forward about my question, but let me explain a little.
I want to lose 20-30 pounds by the end of 2-3 months, and I know I can do it because I’ve done it before. But this time it’s been a bit harder for me, and I want some more information so I can lose the weight quicker.
Ok, so exercise wise, how long should I exercise for, and what should I do. (i.e. if I run, how long should I run time wise, and how far should I run, etc.)
Also eating habits (i.e. again, how much should I eat, what should I eat, what should I avoid etc.)
I am 6 feet tall and almost 200 pounds, and I know this isn’t a good weight for someone 6 feet because my stomach sticks out and you can just tell I’m getting a little chunky…haha. I also don’t really have any muscle mass at the moment, I haven’t worked out in forever so it shows.

Last time I lost this much weight, I only weighed close to 180, and I got down to 150, during a 3 month period. All I did was walk to school, to and from, pretty much everyday, and I skipped 2 meals most of the time. I don’t really remember what I ate, but I didn’t really think about healthy choices, mostly all I ate was a lot of salad, in place of snack foods, whenever I got hungry during meals (which was pretty much the whole day anyway since I only ate dinner.)
^^^ I can’t really do that again because I don’t go to school anymore. And I don’t have a job at the moment, so I am pretty much home all day during the week. I have just gotten lazy since I was last in school….
