Ive not heard you mention saleds. I recommend you cut out bread for a few days and try eating raw foods and well done for finding flaxeed. I also sugest sunflower seeds sprinkle them on saleds and also try something called Lecithin it is a granule that helps burn off fats in the liver.
i think if we all gave up on mcdonalds we’d all be a lot better off.

Don’t forget to consider taking a multi-vitamin to make up for vitamins and minerals you might be missing on a daily basis. Iron tends to be a large problem (and might cause fatigue [it did to me!]) and protein as well but the chicken you eat should help with the protein. :o) GO YOU!

I plan to up the exercise, but I am just trying to take it slow, because i have done it all the way all out before and i failed because I was trying to be more athletic than my body was ready for. i get burnt out easily, so i am gonna add more exercise when my body is ready….

Cool! if u are interested in health you should check out a book called Fats that Heal and Fats that Kill by Udo Erasmus. Its really informative. He also has a website and a line of products that are great.
I am really pleased with the way I am feeling after just a couple of times of eating flax seeds. its sooo good for digestion! thanks for the tip. the more i am learning about nutrition, the better my shrinking results are and the more of a health nut i am becoming!
flax is awesome. u should buy it in bulk and grind it yourself in a spice grinder. Omega 3 oils are fairly unstable and the fresher u can make it the better. Also its good to take a vitamin E capsule daily as O3 oils can cause some free radicals.
