    Id also like to reccomend in between weight sets use you break time to walk an incline on the tredmill about 3mph for 90sec then get back into you weight sets. Repete this for each set! Try and keep your heart rate around 130bpm for the full 45min of training and you will see the weight melt off!

    Hey thats my gym! haha glad to see you enjoy it and some positive posts below. I hope you do stay even when and if the downtown opens back up!!! Its a private gym not nothing massive and not looking to make money off anybody. We have everything you need here…there is no gym here in Hazleton open 24/7 like here and where else can you blast your own type of music w/out management complaining? We are open to any improvements and ideas you have so write them down for us!!!

  • i think almost all smaller gyms look the same lol but they all have a different feel to them! Black walls…that would actually be awesome! let’s trade!!

    Tooonnyy! So good to see your face!! Please , please don’t give up on the cardio. If i can just get you to combine the two the result will be amazing! I know you just want to concentrate on one or the other but do give cardio some of your time on a regular basis and man you will be buff!!!! LOL! Really though , so good to see you. Thought maybe you weren’t coming back.I’m still plugging away. I weighed in at 181.0 Fri. Thats 69 pounds gone total! I feel fantastic! Stay in touch! Jinx!

    Did they set up a routine for you to follow to target areas of the body to get optimum burn and results?

    Great overview of the gym! “A big difference but in a good way”….I like that attitude. Seems kind of empty there,just the way I like it myself.

    In any event,it’s good seeing you and thanks for the update. I will take a look at the other channel very soon…I know it’s going to be an inspiration and motivation for me,as always.:)
