So far, this is the BEST hair color I have ever seen on you! You look so cute girl! I think the lighter colors wash you out a little, but this just brightens you up! Its funny that a dark color brightens you up!
Hi Nat, I am so impressed with the difference between week 1 and now - but you seem a bit down about it…I wish you wouldn’t, you’re doing fabulously and it really does show. I like the new hair color and style a lot, too. I couldn’t stay on low carb for more than 4 weeks, and so after the holidays I’m back at it. You’re an inspiration.
I saw on Twitter that there was a fudge incident. We all stumble - just keep moving in the right direction. That’s what counts.

I have thought about doing a spin class but I’m chicken…I really want to do a class of pilates but again I”m chicken…
