What’s the fastest way to lose weight within a week?

I want to lose about 3-5 lbs in a week. How can I do that quickly?
letsget_dangerous, I am more than 20 lbs. overweight.
also: I’m not currently active and I would like to lose this weight and continue to lose.

    Do you want to loose it and remain healthy?
    are you a lot over weight?
    are you currently active in a physical manner?
    3-5 lbs is not a lot if your over weight by 20lbs or more.
    most peopl can loose that much just by cutting out the crap food ie candy, chips , beer, pop, and walking for 20 minutes a day at a brisk pace. Give it a try.

    oh and stating you want to loose 3-5 lbs a week already tells us what speed you require the weight loss. no need to say quickly as well

    jog. jog. and jog some more. jog as hard as you can everyday. if you can run, then thats better. just dont over do it. the best way to remove fat is to burn it.

    The problem with “quickly” is that you are liable to put on the weight again if not careful - this is extremely stressful for your body! However, you can do it safely with this guide to help you -
