Whats the fastest way to lose weight?

I’m 15 and I recently gained a few pounds.
I used to weigh 98 pounds, now I weigh 105, and I have an hourglass figure, which I want to keep. In case I ever need this, what is the fastest way to lose a little weight?

    it’s all about your diet and excercise. You need to eat healthy foos, at least 5 fruit and veg portions per day. And get 30 mins of cardio, this can be swimming, jogging, fast walking, anything really. Give it two months and you should lose about 10 lbs.

    The fastest way to lose the weight, is to STOP worrying about it. Get ride of the scale.

    If you feel good, what does it matter what the scale says?

    But second fastest way is to drink more water, and eat 6 smaller meals a day. Take the amount of food you eat in 3 meals a day, and break them all in half and eat them in 6…

  • im saying to do this because it is extremely unhealthy but people usually make their self throw up everytime they eat or stick to just drinking water & nothing else

  • OMG!!! Quit worrying. if you weigh 105 and think you need to lose weigh you are well on your way if not already to an eating disorder. I weighed between 110-120 since I was 14 or something. (years ago) Your a girl weigh fluctuates. It is normal. If anything you need to gain 10 or 15 pounds maybe more. Guys don’t like stick thing girls they like a girl with some curves and meat.
