Yes, but think long term not short term, perfect losers are perfect gainers.
That sounds like a great plan to me, but don’t try to lose weight too quickly because that is unhealthy and leads to lowered metabolism.
I would also walk half an hour in the morning; I find that it is a great way to energize yourself for the day.
Don’t eat less than three meals per day and drink A LOT of water(at least 100 ounces per day).
Try these strategies:
The biggest component to fast weight loss is going to be your workout. You will want to make sure you do a good (30 minute minimum) cardio workout every day for weight loss (3 times a week is sufficient to maintain health). Activities that use the large leg muscles burn the most calories. These activities also tone the lower body quite effectively. Think in terms of
1) Weigh yourself once a week, at approx. the same time, wearing approx. the same thing.
2) Try to make the healthiest choices possible when choosing food. For example, choose brown rice over white rice. Choose whole-grained bread over white bread, etc.
3) Eat half of your normal portion at each meal.
4) Never skip breakfast as it wakes up your metabolism and gets it working for the day.
5) Only allow yourself one sweet on Saturday and one on Sunday (unless it’s a special occasion like a birthday).
6) Drink mostly water and plenty of it. Save sweet drinks for special occasions. Limit soda-even diet. Skim milk is excellent!
7) Try to hit all the major food groups when choosing your food: lean protein, veggies, fruits, whole-grains, low-fat dairy.

yes but losing weight is a long term thing. you may want to try runnig longer distances.

15 Minutes isn’t going to cut it. For people who are looking to drop weight, you need to do cardio for at least 45 minutes. Your body will not start burning fat until after 20 minutes of straight cardio. Before 20 minutes is just ATP and glycogen, which doesn’t add to weight.
as far as diet goes…….eat alot of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat and drink alot of water. Stay away from sugary drinks and unnecessary sauces on dishes.
eat very frequent, small amounts of food. Your a big guy, so you need alot of calories.
Make sure you add weight training to your regimin. Start our with light weight and work your way up.
Don’t loose weight fast, it will cost you in the long run. You should lose 5-10 pounds pretty quickly and then loose 2-3 pounds a week after that.

if u want to lose weight the only thing u have to do is to run..and dont go to the gym cz other exercises build the muscles and u are not gonna lose anything!!
