Whats the best/fastest way to lose weight?

Do cardio first thing in the morning. As you are sleeping you are fasting, so exercising when you wake up burns more fat. Plus it gives your metabolism a boost all day. Also, do some light weight training and eat 6 small meals throughout the day to boost your metabolism.
Crash diet may cut your fat in short period
of time but, it may be harmful for your health.
