What is the fastest way to lose weight around your mid section?

I’m not overweight, but I want to get rid of my love handels and the fat around my tummy. I like to run, but I’m pretty clueless when it comes to what to eat.

  • Just cut out the fired, fatty, snacky and sweet foods you eat.
    Have youd doc do some blood work. Extra weight that’s only in the mid section can be signs of thyroid, sugar issues or even PCOS. In all cases, blood test will tell for sure.
    NEVER try to lose weight *fast*. You didn’t gain it overnight, so trying to lose it quickly will only cause trauma to your body - resulting in you gaining back all that weight and more.

    DIET AND FITNESS - So try burning more calories than you eat per day and see how that goes. Cardio and portion control are the two biggest factors. When you order something at a restaurant they give you twice as much as you need. When you eat at home you should only have about as much as the size of both of your fists.
