  • Accurate? Haha what? Well to lose weight do some cardio….like run for an hour a day. I mean that’s the fastest way and you don’t have to do it all at one time. Also sprinting burns a lot of fat so it would be best to do that every other day as well. Don’t drink your calories in soda and alcohol, and lay off the junk food. I mean, isn’t this ALL obvious? To lose arm weight, you’d just have to excercise and your body will take off the weight where it wants. If you want to tone them up, lift weights every other day or 3 days a week.

    3-6 meals a day

    run, sports ( some kind of cardio) every day
