well im 13 5′3 and im not sure how much i weigh but i know i way more than 165 and thats alot for my age. i want to know how to lose the stomache..how can i stop my eating dissorder*sorry if i spelled it wrong* and i will do anything..please i have a boyfriend and i just want to look nice for him…yeah i know “the guy should love me for who i am not for what i look like” but i just want to look good for him.. wel thanks alot to everyone that helps me out

You need to ask yourself why your self-worth is tied to a number on the scale.
Liposuction—absolutely the fastest way, absolutely.
Other than that, count calories, and exercise… the usual, old fashion and boring, but effective way.
Go outside and play after school… Walk or run around at least an hour every day after school, even if you are in PE….. take up yoga or jogging, go to the gym.
eliminate candy, fries, hamburgers, pizza, yadayaday, sugar, cokes, and replace with stuff like celery, raw spinach, and things that are low in calories and fats… yeah, I know, boring… sorry.
well get your self an ab roller..there the cheapest for the effect..im 21 and i swear by it…add that to a diet and work out plan and your all set….
Losing weight is good if you do it healthy.
Early this year I found out I was allergic to Gluten & Soy so I had to stop eating Bread, Pasta & most things pre processed. I lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks eating all healthy foods. Cook your own meats & watch your seasoning. On your salad you can have cheese, meat, sunflower seeds, etc & use real lemons to dress it. Lemon & Water for your drink. Most of my weight was breads & sugar…sugar is in almost everything. Not only will you be able to eat alot of food during this but since it is all healthy…lots of fruits & vegetables….you will feel so much better. For those not allergic to Gluten & Soy I used to use the Trim Body System which I found on the site below.
