What is the best way to lose weight fast?

I hear a lot of things on the internet but i’m not sure what is true. Does anybody have any ideas or any places to go to that i can lose weight fast?

    hmm well if you want to use pills i would try alli
    there are things saying that it makes you **** in your pants lol but that only happens if you eat like a big mac lol! so just lay off the greasy food..i used it and i lost 5 pounds in 8 days!

    anywayy if you want to do it the natural way you should just run on a treadmill or outside for 30 minutes a day and when you get home just do about 50 situps and just eat realllyyy healthy and dont do any crazy insane diets those never work

    You could always do a detox diet for a few days (a combination of lemon juice, cayenne pepper and some other stuff—you can check it out online im sure). I hear you lose alot of water weight and unnecessary toxins that are present in your body and this will make you lose weight fast. Hope this helps!

  • I have a tip: drink plenty of water. Eight glasses a day is the norm. I’ve started drinking water and am trying to drink at least two pint-size bottles a day, if not a little more. I, too, am also trying to cut back on the bad stuff and drinking more water, which flushes out your system. Several years back, I cut out the fast food, the soda and fatty foods and drank alot of water. I lost a good fifteen pounds or so. Drinking lots of water works - and so does Slim Fast - that’s also good for losing weight. I lost weight with it.

    ewww dont use any weight pills… they are way to bad for you..
    you should stick to the easiest way to loose weight,,, jumping on a trampoline for 30 minutes a day. After you do this,,, drink 2 glasses of water..

    it sounds crazy, but it really works!

    1) Keep it simple first

    AND steps for fat loss success

    2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat

    3) drink plenty of water and green tea

    4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks

  • have you ever heard of the akin’s diet?
    its where you only eat meat.
    the most fatening foods ever is bread, grease/oils, and sugar.
    make sure the meat is not too oily or greasy.
    you can eat meat as much as you want.
    and water is the best .

    trust me my sister was on this diet and she lost SO MUCH weight.
    try it :)

    Losing weight fast is dangerous and very difficult
    What I would do is cut out all junk food and any thing that is sweet
    Especially ice cream and doughnuts.
    You should not skip meals and drink plenty of water
    No sodas and try and excise at least half an hour per day
    I found some articles at that may help
