Well I think it’s totally about self-control:
Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar
Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
Some other tips:
DON’T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT’S AMAZING
I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)
Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it’s good for your health
And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

Atkins…………the best way! I love it and it works for me. sometimes I slip up for awhile, gain carb weight, have an important function and need to drop weight to look my best and I know I can just do the Atkins, stage one. Check it out. Easy, healthy and works.

i AM 14 an 5`7 n way 175 and my mom is 5`10 n weighs 279 n she has lost 70 pounds in 1 year using weight watchers, it works very good go to and there are recepies, and also you can go to the places where they teach you there is the point thing and the core plan, they ar very diffrent, the best one in the point plan! My mom usded it like i said it works. It just cost 13 dollars n you go 1 days a week and after a while you dont have to go anymore, because you learn.. I hope it works for you, it did for my mom n me!!
The absolute best and fastest way to lose weight is good ole diet and exercise. I don’t mean “diet” as in starving or eating very little, but rather watching WHAT you eat.
Genuine weight loss isn’t a temporary thing. The reason people fail on those fad diets is because they’re starving all the time. They get cravings and end up gaining all the weight back. The same thing applies to high protein/low carb diets and most others.
The key is to eat a balanced diet, along with some strength training and cardiovascular exercise…
The reason this works is because the more muscle you have, the more fat you’ll burn while you’re resting (muscles needs a heck of a lot more energy to maintain than fat does..it just sits there!).
My suggestion would be to try hitting the gym maybe 3 times per week to start. Remember to eat healthy at the same time, and you’ll be well on your way to losing those few extra pounds, along with toning up your muscles.
