Fastest way to lose weight and shape up abs?

I’ve been working out every day on a weight machine but the damn ab cruncher doesn’t work on it. I just want to look **** for my girl when I see her again, so I want to loose the little tub and maybe get some muscle tone in there in about a month or two.

Suggestions?

  • eat only tuna, egg white, and asparagus
    cardio like crazys
    and lots of crunches
    (easier said than done)

    Aw thats cute lol.

    Just eat really healthy and do lots of sit ups. The biggest thing with that is it’s way easier if you set a number before you start, rather than just sitting down and doing a few til u get tired. It’s much more effective, if you’re one of those people who has to reach those little goals lol.

    weights add muscle mass and ab crunches will strengthen your abs. the visible good looks of abs is a DIRECT result of body fat. this has more (all) to to do with cardio and diet. you don’t need to do cardio for more than 25 minutes (more than that burns off muscle). the key is intensity, try to go as intense as you can for 25 minutes and then your’e done. 5x a week to lean up, 3x a week to lose fat but build muscle. only you know which one of those two categories you fall under… good luck.

    Doing this outside a program will probably only produce limited results.
    I’d try something like the Slim Habit which has a good exercise program.
