I’m 5′81/2 and 217– I was 300 June of last year and plan on losing 100 more. Plz! late September or early October is ideal for my birthday if i get to go anywhere at all. I already cut out ALOT of food and try to be as active as possible (I got 2 small kids).
I also have hypo-thyroid problems which I have’nt been on my 0.05 mg dosage of medicine for 3 years. So, I’m not discriminating against any kind of semi-extremes, too.

My whole life I’ve been exercising constantly due to my many sporting commitments, and although I sometimes eat more than I should, I usually maintain a healthy diet and eat much less then many people I know who are always thinner than me. I think perhaps my metabolism adapted to my constant exercising when I was younger and my current lifestyle - however active I might be - is too steady.
I want to try something else in my attempt to lose weight and I feel I should try the fastest method as perhaps it will finally make a difference.
