I’m not concerned with it being healthy or not just as long as I dont die trying to do it.
hahahaha Amputation.
And consuming 500 less calories a day is pretty much 1lb a week which is the normal rate(and slow).
I wanted to point out I excercise daily. I run at least 5 miles a day at the gym + work out.
I’m just damn tired of being so heavy and I want to get rid of the gut more than anything.
